Transfer of technology and management engineering know-how:
contributing to the development of the management consultants professionalism
 
  • A vocation of the ISEOR :

    TRANSFERRING to professionals of COMPANY SERVICES (Profesional or internal consultants, experts, trainers) its EXPERIENCE :

    - SCIENTIFIC,
    - TECHNICAL,
    - OPERATIONAL
    of management engineering accumulated and scientifically structured in a knowledge base over 47 years

    Meeting a major preoccupation of client firms, professional consultants and public authorities : TO IMPROVE THE PROFESSIONALISM of internal and external consultants who face harsh European and international competition. A pilot program for the TRAINING OF CONSULTANTS AND MANAGERS was set up by ISEOR with the support of the Trade and Industry secretary, and FNEGE in 1986.

    Acquisition, implementation of tools, intervention methods focused on quality and efficiency.

    Intended to accompany the conduct of the complex processes of change and know-low transfers in companies, by the global energization of the company.
    The content of this training is structured around 2 axes :
  • a technical content
    which allows the transfer by ISEOR of its knowledge base, its expertise resulting from fundamental and applied research-intervention in 2125 enterprises and organizations, 72 sectors from 46 countries.
  • an "intervention theory" content
    which helps approach the technical and strategic action dimensions of consulting and change management interventions.

The permanent comings and goings between fundamental research and applied research enabled us to work out a solid and efficient socio-economic theory of intervention within organizations. It conceptualizes phenomena, methods, technologies and practices making it possible to implant new ideas in an enterprise (new policy, new technology, new organization, new relations with environment) with a view to adapting its pro-active and voluntary strategy to environment changes and new standards and norms proliferation.

    1. Continuous internship training seminars "PERFORMANCE PLUS"

    2.
    Yearly symposium on the professionalism of CEOs, consultants and managers.
    Organized by ISEOR since 1988, it takes place every year at the end of the training seminar "PERFORMANCE PLUS". It aims to present the progress and result of socio-economic intervention cases within various activity sectors, around a reflexion axis. The integral content of this symposium is edited by ISEOR and published by Economica, Paris until 2016 and since 2017 they have been published by EMS editions, Paris.

 

  • Expert system software in socio-economic management (ESSSEM).
    The methods of organizational analysis and management of enterprises created by ISEOR and experimented for 47 years are presently being computerizing : the SEGESE (ESSSEM) softwares help improve the internal or profesional consultants productivity and work quality, while speeding up the circulation of ISEOR expertise and knowledge base. These softwares are actual tools for decision-making by consultants or managers, based on advanced techniques of artificial intelligence. The qualitative diagnosis software is available.

    This pluri-annual program was developed as early as 1985 in tight collaboration between Henri Savall, Véronique Zardet and Nouria Harbi in cooperation with Jacques Kouloumdjian.

    The professional ESSSEM (SEGESE) software is directed at management professional and internal consultants, conversant with the socio-economic approach.
